The Land of Gauguin



Pont Aven from the mid 19th century has hosted many artists.

First it was the Americans, the Irish, Dutch who came, then gradually, it is a colony of some 50 artists who live and make this village 3000 souls in 2012, this unique place in Europe. Between Sea, river and forest, cashed in on both sides of the bed of the Aven, It boasts more than 30 Artists, not only as painters, a effet, glass, writers, mucisiens, actors, Brief, creation of a land!!!

But it is true that artists of Pont-Aven may complain of their visitors and visitors who, you'll see for yourself by viewing these videos, are far from being an art public informed and passionate amateurs…….
