Information :
1- The construction of the museum will begin in July 2013 by the removal of asbestos. These operations do not require control over the site. Construction barriers will just affixed along the facade of the building on the sidewalk.
2- The schedule must meet the requirements of the client (CCA), namely : move quickly to open before July 2015.
3- The influence of the site on the site from September 2013 be validated as meeting with traders in September : a square occupied by trucks during the demolition phase and by the materials for the shell construction phase. This area will be closed from view by fences that will support communication.
4- Throughout the duration of the project, will be in the sens rue unique Lomenech (en amount).
5- If the schedule is respected structural work will be finished by July 2014, which would end the influence of the place. No summer would therefore a priori affected by this influence.
6- The demolition is part concentrated from September to mid-November 2013 : this is the piece that will bring more inconvenience : noise, at least dust and 2 blocked days for the installation of cranes (which 1 early September).
7- The parking lots were discussed : to encourage all construction workers to park in the parking lots of the Town Hall, it was discussed in the interest of putting parking in the blue zone over the street Lomenech.
8- The Steering Committee will meet in June about.
